Recently, due to the low temperature obstacles in many greenhouse engineering crops, the following methods for increasing the temperature of greenhouses in winter are summarized. The majority of farmers choose methods according to their actual conditions to reduce the loss caused by low temperature.


1. Thicken the greenhouse wall: the thickness of the rear wall of the greenhouse is increased from the bottom width of the ordinary sunlight greenhouse to 2.2m, the top width of 1.3m, the bottom width of 3.2m, the top width of 2.2m, and the side wall thickness from the bottom width of 2.5m to the top width of 1.1. m, increasing the bottom width by 3.5m and the top width by 2.0m. The use of this technology can increase the low temperature of the greenhouse by 2-3°C.


2. The rear roof is covered with advanced thermal insulation material polystyrene board: the rear roof of ordinary greenhouses is mostly insulated with wheat straw. Although wheat straw has a good insulation effect, it is easy to decay and has a short service life. If the back roof of the greenhouse is made of a new type of thermal insulation material, polystyrene boards are alternately laid with two layers of thermal insulation, which can effectively improve the thermal insulation effect.


3. Semi-underground construction: The greenhouse adopts two forms of 0.5m underground and 1.0m underground. It has been observed that 0.5m underground can increase the low temperature by 1℃, and 1m underground can increase the low temperature by 2℃.


4. Adding cold-proof ditch: The greenhouse is equipped with a cold-proof ditch in front of the front house. The cold-proof ditch is 0.8m deep, 0.4m wide, and the length is the same as the length of the shed. The ditch is filled with 8cm thick polystyrene board, which can effectively improve the greenhouse. The front temperature is 3-5°C.


5. Increasing the thickness of the covering cotton curtain: The thickness of the covering cotton curtain in ordinary greenhouses is generally 2-3cm. If the thickness of the covering cotton curtain is increased to 5cm, it can effectively increase 3-5°C.


6. "Two ridges and three films" full film coverage: Its core technology is to change ordinary single ridge and double row cultivation to double ridge and single row cultivation. The row spacing is adjusted according to different cultivated crops. A small film shed is used on the ditch, and the edge door of the film is pressed on one side of the two rows of seedlings, and the other side of the two rows of seedlings is covered with two mulching films to form "two ridges and three films" full film coverage. The method has obvious effect of increasing the ground temperature, and the shed temperature can be increased by effectively increasing the ground temperature.


7. Replace the frame film material: use iron wire instead of bamboo poles and bamboo sheets to support the agricultural film, and use plastic rope instead of bamboo poles as climbing objects, which can effectively reduce the shading degree and increase the light intensity of the shed by more than 10%, and the temperature of the shed Increasing 1℃-2℃, the photosynthetic efficiency of crops is obviously improved. 8. All crops in the greenhouse are cultivated by ridges: the high ridges have a large surface area and receive more sunlight during the day, and also absorb more heat from the air, so the temperature rises quickly. However, the ridge should not be too high or too wide, generally 15-20 cm high and 30 cm wide.


9. Cover with mulch film: it can increase the ground temperature at 10 cm by 2-3℃ on average, and increase the low temperature on the ground by about 1℃. At the same time, because the ground film is not air-permeable, it can inhibit the evaporation of water, reduce the frequency of watering, and indirectly increase the ground temperature.
