Steel cable drive curtain system

There are two types of our steel cable drive screen pulling system; one is for the multi-span greenhouse steel cable screen pulling system, which is mainly composed of a geared motor, a drive shaft, a winding barrel, an end pulley, a side pulley A, and a side pulley B , Horizontal clamp, steel cable and parachute special rope and other accessories. When the output shaft of the geared motor rotates, the drive shaft drives the winding drum to rotate. The steel cable is connected to the parachute through the winding drum and the pulley on the curtain beam. Special rope connection, when the decelerating motor reciprocates, the screen can realize reciprocating movement through the parachute special rope and horizontal clamp, so as to realize the unfolding and closing of the sunshade screen.

The other is a wire rope pulling system for smart greenhouses. The system is mainly composed of geared motors, drive shafts, winding barrels, reversing wheels, drive edges, curtain drive clips, steel cables and other accessories. The principle is that the drive shaft is connected with the reduction motor and the winding barrel, and the drive steel cable passes through the two ends of the reversing wheel on both sides of the curtain beam, and is fixed and wound on the winding barrel. When the output shaft of the decelerating motor rotates, the drive shaft drives the winding barrel to rotate, and the winding barrel turns to drive the wire rope to walk, and the curtain drive clamp is connected with the wire rope. Therefore, when the decelerating motor reciprocates, the driving side of the curtain can realize reciprocating motion. When one section of the sunshade cloth is fixed at the beam column and the other end is fixed on the driving edge connected by the steel cable, the unfolding and closing actions of the sunshade screen can be realized.
